• All online purchases are guaranteed with our Exchange Policy. If you would wish to exchange your purchased item, simply ship the said items to us at #23 Guerilla St. Brgy. Sto. Niño Marikina City 1800, along with a letter of request stating your details and reason for exchange. The company is not liable for the incurred shipping cost.
• All items returned must still be unworn, undamaged, and in saleable condition when shipped to us up to 7 days from the date it was received. A replacement shoe will be sent if the claim is deemed valid. Otherwise, the same shoe will be returned to the sender.
